Hi Natasha, well the time has come to provide feedback for the LAST assignment!! Ive had a look at your spreadsheet and everything appears to be correct. The only issue I found was the couple of areas that you were unable to link, just unsure if this is going to cause you to lose marks, not sure as to why you cannot link this but for fluidity I think it would be beneficial to try and rectify this, obviously I'm personally unsure if you can, but its just a thought. Interesting to compare some of our figures as well, one of my major concerns on my own assignment was the debt/equity ratio, you have used the same figures for the ratio, however mines is so large.
Your NPV and IRR all look good as well. Would have liked to be able to read what your capital investment decisions were, but with you being in a similar boat to me and still actively working on your assignment its understandable. All your figures once again seem correct and its good to see that the formulas worked for you, gives me an idea of what mine should look like in the end as well.
If you would like to provide your word document before submission, for me to have a look at id be quite happy to do this as well.
